Feeling the love.

I celebrated an older than dirt birthday a few days ago and what more did I want then to be with my little family. It was the best gift that I could ask for, since we don't get to spend enough time together these days...

I've traveled the world over, but one thing that amazingly I have never done before was to ride in a limo. My girls remembered me mentioning that was on my bucket list...so at the airport awaiting.....

I have to admit that I felt like a star for the 45 minute drive...just fun!

We stayed in the hill country overlooking Austin at the Travassa

We hiked often in the beautiful woods and never saw a soul....

Good morning everyone! 

I've been super busy over at the website, working on some upcoming assignments for publication AND....getting ready to leave on Thursday for Texas to celebrate my birthday! One of our daughters recently moved to Austin...so we'll be there staying at what looks to be a beautiful resort and spa. Pampering and being with family....what more could a girl ask for?

If you follow me on Facebook I recently posted just a couple of studio snaps or snippets and everyone wanted to see more......so here are a few shots. These were NOT done today...it's actually a big mess as I press on to finish up some orders.

P.S.....this is the ONLY room in the house with so much pink, as it's where I create......

Romance Is Back....Shop News

Romance is back....well, actually I don't think that it ever left or ever will! Although my own home is pared down these days with lots of white I do collect many pretty and romantic pieces that sing to my heart. I just have them stored and squirreled away in a variety of cabinets and niches and call them out on occasion to mix in with vignettes.


I've listed some new items in the shop
and created a little collage....with the romance that my customers still do love!
